I’m Airah Cherry Bless Bandola. You may call me “Blessy”. I’ve been vegan since 2014.

I currently work primarily as a freelance Content Marketing Specialist or Web Content Writer specifically for vegan brands and businesses in the Philippines.

I studied Nutrition and Dietetics for 3 years but decided to go on a different path to become a Certified Vegan Nutritionist.

Having also earned a Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate from T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies last July 2019, I mostly promote a Whole-Foods Plant-Based Diet to my clients.

Why I’m Doing What I’m Doing

For years in this lifestyle, I have met many different types of vegans and listened to their stories. While some stayed happily in this diet until now, others didn’t last long on the boat. There are many reasons why the latter dropped it altogether but the most common phrases I’ve heard from them so far are these:

  • “Vegan diet is too expensive for me”
  • “I feel like the diet is lacking in nutrients”
  • “I don’t feel satisfied with the food”
  • “I don’t think I’m getting healthier with this”
  • “I don’t have time to prep my meals, much less a healthy one”

If you’ve been thinking of any of these too, you’re exactly the reason why I devised this plan to help you out to the best of my abilities.

My mission is to help you achieve a comfortable and healthy vegan diet, so you won’t have to do it alone. I may ask you to provide some crucial details in the process that, with the help of a Registered Nutritionist-Dietitian, will help me get your daily energy requirement and fit your recipes to it.

With this, each day, you will receive a nutshell (box) with these essential tools inside:

  • Raw ingredients for your delicious recipes
  • Specialized booklet (recipe instructions, nutrition facts, etc.)

My vision is to live in a more vegan-friendly Cebu where there’s no more excuse for anyone to dismiss the inefficiency of this diet and find more and more people living happily and healthily as vegans.
